First time going, we went November 23 as soon as it opened and spent over five hours here. We will be going back mostly because the guy running laser tag was so amazing! He did a wonderful job managing the kids and also making it safe. The virtual reality could be better. The pizza was pretty good.

Our 1st time at AR and everyone loved it.... the kids, tots to teens, and parents! We booked the Pro birthday package and our hostess Johanna is amazing! Totally worth the extra $100 plus extra tips. She gave us time and itinerary suggestions. She flexed and gave birthday kid options. She checked in every 10 min and kept the room clean. She cut and served the cake. She made sure our guests had a piece.Very friendly and professional! She even flexed our timing based on our last guest arrival time. We highly recommend Johanna and AR entertainment. The 5h unlimited pass is worth it! It includes $10 arcade credit which can be used in the future. The skating rink is clean. Plenty of seating. Many arcade games. Attached is a screenshot of our package and food add-ons. The platters are pricey but they presented fruits nicely. The veggies on ice. Restrooms are decent with changing stations and foot step to open doors hands free. Getting water refills for the pitchers was an easy process, although we were no ponger in the party room. The birthday person can choose being sang to by the crew on the birthday wall at the Bistro & Bar area. Our kids are worn out. The unlimited pass is worth it. We and all of our guests are excited to come back! The no shoe areas could be more enforced, even for adults just lingering around. We booked 4 weeks in advance to get the time we wanted, when they first open for the day. Party rooms can be checked in no sooner than 15 min. They were able to accommodate the timing of our food to be ready 30 min sooner per my request. Thankfully, it never got too crowded during the 7h that we were here. Last picture for proof that our toddler got worn out! She had fun at the smaller kid play area. It's worth it for $13-14 per kiddo there if you have younger/shorter ones. There's a 56" limit. I didn't see any parents crawl around after their little ones, so might not be for more dependent play kids.

I'll start with the skating... my children are big fans of skating and we know several places, but they didn't like this one because it's too small and the space is limited to just going around in circles; there isn't enough straight space to skate. I paid over $100 for the big deal means they can use all the attractions but I really don't think it's worth it, the mini Golf is usually only used once, the arena (like a video game) is okay, laser tag is the most popular, the playground is for very young children. Food : Soooooooo expensive for the quality 👎 I paid for a large pizza (but it looks medium) búfalo boneless super dry, mozzarella stick over cook and one Philly cheese sandwich that we had returned because the meat was extremely salty and the size was like a kids' meal for $15, the drinks are medium $3.50 no refill ($1 extra for each refill. Total of food over $80 with all the refill too. I saw a family who wanted to take a picture in a special chair they have for celebrations. They had just finished their time in the private room, and a staff member removed them. It was ridiculous to remove them; they had already paid for a private party. It wouldn't have hurt to let them take a picture. By the way, they check the inside of your backpacks, but they have this huge back door that opens onto the mall, and anyone can walk in there without being checked, so I don't understand the point of checking at the front door. I don't think I'll be back. My recommendation is that if you want an arcade, Incredible Pizza is better. The food isn't the best, but it's worth it because it's a buffet. And if you want to skate, it's better to go to a dedicated skate park, as they have bigger rinks, better music, and a warmer atmosphere.

AR Entertainment in San Antonio is an awesome spot for family fun. The staff is friendly, patient, and great at walking newcomers through the activities. The games and immersive setups are high quality, clean, and well-maintained. It’s a safe and exciting environment for kids and adults definitely one of the best entertainment experiences in the city. Highly recommend for birthday parties, family outings, or just a fun weekend activity!

First time visiting this establishment and it's a great place to take the kids for some family fun. I was impressed with the amount of arcade games. Decent size skating rink and lazer trash. Pizza was pretty good but 6 dollar beers??? Return trip, AC must not have been working at full capacity, it was hot in there today.
