We rented the park out for a business event and the staff was SO great. Every single person was outgoing, kind, and attentive. They even helped us set up some decor I was struggling with. They catered to our every need, including coming out to the parking lot to assist with carrying items from the car. There was a young woman checking bags and wristbands that I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was so kind and I noticed she was good with kids as well. Jacob was amazing!!!!! keeping everything organized to include food distribution, announcements, and checking up on anything I needed from beginning to end. The facility itself was great too, just more geared towards children as there is really not a deeper pool to stay in for a prolonged period, but the activities were fun and the food was tasty. Very clean and well-kept. I LOVED my experience at Oasis Waterpark and I thank every staff member for their amazing customer service.

Definitely perfect for our daughter but its like walking on egg shells here. They'll enforce rules randomly and you're always doubting if you're gonna get a blown whistle at you. No outside food, drinks to include water, everything is capitalized a whole pizza is 35$ a refillable cup is 15$ with 6-7$ normal drinks.
The staff I've dealt with have been very friendly though and they understand their policy can get ridiculous but they simply work there not their fault in any way. My child enjoys it so im happy.
My advice is bring a cooler and leave in the car then take brakes you're allowed to come back in when you leave.

Went yesterday for my nephews birthday. We had 2 cabanas, it included food vouchers, unlimited drink wrist bands. Food was very good, staff was amazing. Wish they had a deeper pool for adults but other than that it was a great experience.

I have been coming to El Paso for years. I just found out about the water parks a few weeks ago. It's fun, but small. The people who work there really need to get their act together through. It literally took about 40 minutes between us showing up and being able to tough the water. At first there was a family of 6 who wanted to get season passes in front of us. I guess the lady working the counter never did the passes before because there was another person helping her. Thats OK, because we all have to learn. But the issue was there the other 4 people in the office did not bother to open a second window even though there was a line. That took at least 15 minutes. When it was out turn, I asked the lady if there were lockers. "Yes"... great. But when we got to the lockers, the payment system did not work. I asked one of the nearby lifeguard, and he said that they have never really worked since they opened. Why were we not told that. Back out to the car to drop our stuff off. We got into the park a second time. My son wanted to ride the wave board. When we got there, they asked where out wrist band was. Um, what wrist band? Back up to the front again to sign a waiver. Again, why were not told this when we went in. We were finally able to touch the water. BUT.... then the lifeguards started to cycle through the stations. My son rode the wave board and the surfboard several times. When the third lifeguard came through, he refused to let my son wide the surfboard unless he could "prove himself" by kneeling on the wave board for 30 seconds. WTH. Since he has never did that before he failed the "30 second" rule. I finally had to tell the lifeguard to let my son ride the surfboard since he did it already several times. But he only let him ride once because the other 2 times were taken up by the lifeguard's strange kneel waveboard rides. There was plenty of security and a lot of lifeguards which is great and safe since there were several young kids there.

Really nice spot not too many people BUT the wait was terrible. Arrived at 11 and didn’t get in until almost 12. The cashiers were slow and not sure if it’s the system they have to sell tickets but per customer it was around 10-15 in the counter. Besides the wait to get in great place.
