Highly recommend having your kid’s birthday party at rush fun park! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Easy set up and easy clean up. We had our party during the weekday and it was the best decision we made. Low crowds and higher security because they have a wristband process to protect your kids. Because our party was during the weekday the party staff was very attentive. We appreciate how smoothly everything went. Thank you 🙏
First time at the rush park it was very nice and very clean . Cindy was at the front desk and helped us out with the prices & what they have to offer as far as attractions . 10/10 to take your toddler or even middle sized children to have fun .
Had my daughter's 7th birthday party here. She had a blast. My party host, Adrian was attentive and amazing!! Shout out to the manager Cindy for an awesome time and party package!! Needless to say, we had fun!
First time at Rush and what an awesome experience. Sign your waivers early to avoid long lines. I was a little overwhelmed with having to sign in such a big family but Luckily Cindy the General Manager happened to be close by. She was amazing, she stepped in and helped me through it in no time. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The facility and its restrooms refreshingly clean and well kept. Overall excellent service and experience, we will be coming back!!!
Terrible experience!! Brought my daughter to spend her birthday here. It wasn’t a birthday package but just something I bought her to do on the actual day of her birthday. The big slides were closed down completely. The attractions that require an employee to assist were closed because there was only 1 employee available for the attractions at the time. I went to the counter twice to ask when the rock wall would be open and both times was told the 1 available employee was attending the other attraction. Meanwhile there were 4 employees at the front counter. When they finally did open the rock wall area they only allowed the kids to climb 2 rock walls then they had to remove the harness and get back in the line that didn’t have anyone in it 🤦🏽♀️ not sure what the point of that was. I’ve been to the universal city location and I’ll probably go back to that one next time. The employees here are not kid oriented and only slack off. The guy literally told her she couldn’t get on any others and that he was closing the attraction after the 2 kids in line went. At what the price is for 3 hours and socks I would expect at least an attendant at each attraction.
