Terrible experience!! Brought my daughter to spend her birthday here. It wasn’t a birthday package but just something I bought her to do on the actual day of her birthday. The big slides were closed down completely. The attractions that require an employee to assist were closed because there was only 1 employee available for the attractions at the time. I went to the counter twice to ask when the rock wall would be open and both times was told the 1 available employee was attending the other attraction. Meanwhile there were 4 employees at the front counter. When they finally did open the rock wall area they only allowed the kids to climb 2 rock walls then they had to remove the harness and get back in the line that didn’t have anyone in it 🤦🏽‍♀️ not sure what the point of that was. I’ve been to the universal city location and I’ll probably go back to that one next time. The employees here are not kid oriented and only slack off. The guy literally told her she couldn’t get on any others and that he was closing the attraction after the 2 kids in line went. At what the price is for 3 hours and socks I would expect at least an attendant at each attraction.

We came for the first time today and I am genuinely impressed with the layout. It reminds me of an upgraded Discovery Zone which is super cool. There were so many areas with different ways to interact. From the bounce floor with soccer balls and basketballs to the various slides and ball pits to the balance beam and rock climbing. It was such an exciting experience for the kids and myself, I definitely recommend stretching if you're planning to chase your kids around. There are games for which you need a card and amazing prize options. We didn't get food there but it did smell like pizza which made me hungry. Totally recommend getting tickets beforehand to avoid lines but lines were minimal today. Such a great place to burn some energy.

Julia and Hailey were absolutely amazing! Our family is from out of town and ran into a snag once arriving to your facility and these two beautiful ladies did everything within their means to ensure our girls would have the time of their lives. It's hard these days to find exceptional customer service so my husband and I really appreciate how Julia and Hailey helped us out and in a timely manner. Huge KUDOS to these women. Job well done ladies. 💕 Whenever we're back in San Antonio, we'll definitely be visiting again.

This is a place I wouldn’t recommend visiting, especially if you have kids under seven. It’s simply not worth the money, as most of the back section isn’t designed for younger children. Compared to similar venues like Maui Maui and Kids Empire, this place feels overpriced and underwhelming. One glaring issue is the mandatory purchase of their overpriced anti-slip socks—$16 for a family of four. These socks not only add an unnecessary expense but also pose a safety risk, as they can get stuck in the slides and potentially cause injuries. The overall cost is excessive, with admission for a family already exceeding $70, and if you play arcade games, you’re easily looking at spending over $100. Save your time and money and look for better options elsewhere.

Yesterday I took my children to Rush, while we were there my kids kept telling me how much fun they were having! There are so many awesome activities for the kids. My kids enjoyed the rock climbing and jumping on the trampolines. They have drinks and snacks as well. Everything was very clean. The staff members were nice and the General Manager Cindy was amazing she helped me by explaining the prices on tickets and member ship passes and the benefits from the membership passes. Honestly because of her taking her time to explain everything I got the month pass. I’m very happy she was the employee that helped us at the front desk. Thank you Cindy! We enjoyed the overall experience and we most definitely we be coming back!
