This place has a thick odor of dirty feet! All the tables and floors are disgusting. Please somebody needs fired! Clean this place up... Staff are chatting and joking in the back doing nothing. Idk what to say.. vacuum! You have black carpet that is a light gray due to debris. Grease stains on the massage chairs from.. I don't want to guess. This place needs shut down. Most the arcade games are not working. This is a huge difference from Ingram location. Ingram is the 🤯

I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at Rush Fun Park. The facility is dangerously unsafe and disgustingly unclean, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until serious improvements are made.
Here are just a few of the alarming issues I observed during my visit:
1. Exposed nails in the toddler zone, creating a serious hazard for young children.
2. Loose wires hanging within reach of kids on some play structures—an electrical and entanglement danger.
3. Loose bolts on several of the larger slides, making them feel unstable and unsafe to use.
4. Sharp metal objects on the floor that could easily cause injuries.
5. Inoperable attractions—8 of them were marked as “out of order,” or had caution tape, limiting what kids can actually experience and also misleading from the website.
6. Filthy conditions—the entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dust and grime were everywhere, which is especially concerning for a space meant for children.
As a parent, I’m appalled by the lack of care for both safety and hygiene. This place is supposed to be a fun environment for kids, but it feels like a hazard waiting to happen. If management doesn’t take these issues seriously and make immediate changes, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.
I strongly advise others to look for alternative places that prioritize safety and cleanliness.

We came here with high hopes because we know how fantastic indoor playgrounds can be in the US (we’re visiting twice a year from Germany). But this place was an absolute letdown—and honestly, pretty disgusting. The ball pits were full of used tissues and empty water bottles. The carpet was filthy, covered in crumbs and dirt. We were the only guests there, which makes me wonder: was all this mess left sitting here since yesterday? It felt neglected and unhygienic. To make matters worse, you’re forced to buy their socks even if you bring your own clean, non-slip ones—that just feels like a money grab. This place was a huge disappointment and honestly felt unhygienic and careless. Definitely our first and last visit.

This place is appalling. For $86, I expected a cleaner environment for my kids, but instead, I found hairballs on the stairs, trash from coffee creamer, gum stuck to the floor, and torn safety nets. I will not return.

I don’t understand how this place was charging me $52 for a toddler and 7 year old. When I’m at the counter, my daughter runs into the place and I go and grab her and that’s when I noticed a very dirty Play scape with dirty paper towels wadded up on the floor inside of the play area. Mind you we got there at 9:30 AM when it had just basically opened and it seemed like we were the first customers there. So that should definitely tell you something about their cleanliness! We decided to leave and went to airtopia instead and paid $21!!
