I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at Rush Fun Park. The facility is dangerously unsafe and disgustingly unclean, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until serious improvements are made.
Here are just a few of the alarming issues I observed during my visit:
1. Exposed nails in the toddler zone, creating a serious hazard for young children.
2. Loose wires hanging within reach of kids on some play structures—an electrical and entanglement danger.
3. Loose bolts on several of the larger slides, making them feel unstable and unsafe to use.
4. Sharp metal objects on the floor that could easily cause injuries.
5. Inoperable attractions—8 of them were marked as “out of order,” or had caution tape, limiting what kids can actually experience and also misleading from the website.
6. Filthy conditions—the entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dust and grime were everywhere, which is especially concerning for a space meant for children.
As a parent, I’m appalled by the lack of care for both safety and hygiene. This place is supposed to be a fun environment for kids, but it feels like a hazard waiting to happen. If management doesn’t take these issues seriously and make immediate changes, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.
I strongly advise others to look for alternative places that prioritize safety and cleanliness.

We had a great time here today! Brought my 7, 5 and 2 yr old and they all had a blast. The manager, Connie, took care of us from the moment we walked in and all the employees were so welcoming! In terms of cleanliness, I think they do a great job considering the amount of kids that come in and out of there. There was so much to do, we never grew bored. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to bring your kids! Family friendly and clean. No wait, employees have great customer service with a smile! Lots of activities to keep you and your kids busy! For the price & 3 HOURS it is worth every penny! Not to mention the membership pays for itself in 2 visits all day play, for all locations you can’t beat it!

We have never been, but since it advertised a toddler play area, we decided to check it out. Arrival was decent. Another kid was walking around apparently close to us, and despite telling the gentleman how many were participating directly, he overcharged us. He claimed he swore he saw another kid with us, even though we told him how many we had, which was only 2. It took around 35 minutes for a manager to come and finally refund and fix it. The play area itself, needs desperate upgrades. The ball pit consists of enough balls to cover the floor only, and half are broken. The foam pit, no one was using, and I wouldn't recommend using considering there was barely foam blocks there, and what was there, looked like they had been chewed up. The climbing course and other activities were not staffed. Plenty of staff members present, but I guess didn't want to run it. There were about 3 who stayed up front. They finally opened the wall climbing right before we left, and that was after 2 hours. Honestly, there's no one controlling older kids in toddler areas and vise versa. Also, the donut slides, kids were getting their feet stuck in the cloth because they're so torn up and broken. If they would do a good upgrade of what they have, and fix it, it would be so much better.

My kids had a blast today and I got alot done with my phone like paying bills and making calls without any interruptions yes there's noise but I'm better than kids tapping on my shoulder lol and the staff and management were great my son brought the wrong socks and management understood and helped us out I really appreciated it any lil bit helps a single mother of 3. Thank you again management for your understanding approach.
